Surface analysis and fabrication

 

 


This service offers XPS measurements using a SPECS SAGE HR 100 system equipped with a 100 mm mean radius PHOIBOS analyzer. The potential users of the service are: research groups at CIC biomaGUNE, companies or centres associated with CIC biomaGUNE and any other public or private external user. Service webpage

Electron Microscopy

 

 


This service offers electron microscopy measurements using a Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM) and a Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), as well as support with the relevant sample preparations. The TEM is a JEM-2100F UHR equipped with a CCD camera and state of the art STEM (BF & DF) and EDXS systems. The SEM is a JSM-6490LV, also equipped with a state of the art EDXS system. The services are provided for research groups within the institute as well as to the external users like other research centers or other public organization, but also to commercial companies and private people Service webpage
